Terms & Conditions / Company Policies
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment (30–50%) of the total project cost.
- Dates are blocked strictly after the advance is received.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Payment Terms
- The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final deliverables will be shared only after full payment is received.
- Any additional services, hours, or deliverables outside the agreed package will be charged separately.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The advance/booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
In case of cancellation by the client:
- 30+ days before the event: Advance retained, no additional charges.
- 15–30 days before the event: 30-40% of total amount payable.
- Less than 15 days before the event: 100% of total amount payable.
- Any request for rescheduling will be subject to availability and may be treated as a new booking.
- In the unlikely event that the company is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, a full refund of the amount received will be provided to the client.
4. Deliverables & Timelines
- All deliverable timelines, quantities, and commitments will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or agreement shared at the time of booking.
- Raw/unedited files may be provided upon request. However, clients are advised not to use or share RAW files, as they are not professionally edited and do not reflect our signature style.
- Final edited photos and videos will be delivered in high quality and are suitable for sharing and posting.
- Delivery will be made via online link (Google Drive/Cloud) or other agreed methods.
- In case of delay in payments from the client’s end, the delivery timeline will be automatically extended accordingly.
- The company shall not be held liable for any delay in deliverables caused due to pending or delayed payments, and no refunds or compensation will be applicable in such cases.
5. Creative Rights & Editing Style
- The company retains full creative control over editing, color grading, music selection, and final output.
- Clients agree to trust the company’s creative style and storytelling approach.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure that all permissions and approvals required for shooting at venues are arranged in advance.
The company is not responsible for missed shots due to:
- Delays in schedule
- Restricted access at venues
- Poor lighting conditions
- Interference from guests or third parties
7. Team & Coverage
- The number of team members assigned will depend on the selected package and event requirements.
- The company ensures adequate coverage based on prior discussions.
8. Equipment & Technical Issues
- The company uses professional equipment and maintains backup systems.
- However, in the rare case of technical failure, data loss, or unforeseen incidents, liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client.
9. Client Delay Clause.
The company is not responsible for incomplete coverage due to delays caused by the client, guests, or event mismanagement.
10. Non-Interference Clause
Clients are responsible for ensuring that guests, relatives, or third-party vendors do not interfere with the team’s work. The company is not liable for compromised output due to such interference.
11. Data Storage & Backup
- All project data will be securely stored for a period of 12 months after final delivery.
- Clients are requested to download and maintain their own backup.
- The company will not be responsible for data loss after the storage period.
12. Usage Rights & Portfolio
The company reserves the right to use selected photos/videos for:
- Portfolio
- Social media
- Marketing and promotional purposes
- Clients requesting privacy must inform the company in writing before the event.
13. Delivery Access & Payment Security
- Preview or delivery links may initially be shared in view-only mode.
- Download access will be enabled only after full payment is completed.
14. Travel & Accommodation
For outstation or destination weddings, the client shall bear:
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation
- Food for the team
- These will be discussed and finalised prior to booking.
15. Food & Basic Facilities Clause
The client agrees to provide basic meals and necessary facilities for the team during the event coverage
16. Overtime Charges
- Coverage beyond the agreed time will be charged at an additional rate, as discussed in advance.
17. Revisions & Changes
- Minor revisions may be accommodated as per the selected package and should be provided within 7 days of the delivery otherwise it will consider as the Final file.
- Major changes or additional edits will be chargeable.
18. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Illness or emergencies
19. Limitation of Liability
In any case, the company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client.
20. Agreement & Acceptance
By confirming the booking and making the advance payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms, conditions, and policies mentioned above.
