We do provide RAW/unedited files upon request. However, we strongly recommend not using or sharing RAW files, as they are not professionally edited and do not reflect our signature style.

All final edited photos and videos will be delivered, which are curated and enhanced for the best visual quality and are ideal for sharing and posting.

The timelines for delivery of photos, videos, and all related commitments will be specified in the quotation or agreement shared during booking. We ensure adherence to the agreed schedule.

Final deliverables are shared via:

  • Hard drive (if opted)

Download access will be enabled only after full payment is completed.

Yes (optional). You can shortlist your favorite photos if the package includes it.

Rescheduling depends on availability. It may be treated as a new booking.

Yes! We love destination weddings. Travel, stay, and food expenses will be borne by the client.

We understand weddings run late. Additional hours beyond the agreed time will be charged as overtime.

We may use selected content for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer privacy, please inform us in advance.

We always carry backup equipment. In rare cases of unforeseen issues, liability is limited as per our policy.

We request clients to ensure smooth coordination during events. While we do our best, we are not responsible for missed shots due to interference or restrictions.

Team size depends on your package and event scale. We ensure adequate coverage for every moment.

Yes! We also offer wedding social media coverage including reels, same-day edits, and instant uploads.

Minor revisions are allowed (as per package). Major changes may incur additional charges.

We safely store your data for 12 months after delivery. We request clients to download and back up their files.
